Just far enough away from LDC
:clap::clap::clap:

I,m gald I,m not the only who thinks like this.

US does have his personal difficulties, but somehow, still manages to do so much to help others with the REMF. Now that, takes some doing.

Still, as has been said, it's OK......even the much discredited Lord Bracknell thinks it's OK too.......so it must be then. Go on all you Lord Bracknell sycophants........enjoy yourselves.

oh give it a rest will you. E77, Lord Bracknell....who'e next on your moderator hit list.

And if simster, TLO or any other regular constributor were in the same position I know you would be joining in

Ready to unleash my ukulele/washboard/spoons one-man band on the world. As Neil Innes famously says in the Secret Policeman's Ball: "I've suffered for my art. Now it's your turn..."

Ooh, I've just done a huge shit down the pan, should I apply for a mortgage? I certainly have a spring in my step!

I need one of them, too :)

It's bananas if you've got 25% deposit - if not, the crappy interest rates make it almost prohibitive. I could've got a better mortgage two years ago when house prices were sky high!
