Charlie Dimmock from Ground Force - famous for not wearing a bra when gardening on TV with Alan Tichmarsh. Actually looks quite like her but I liked the way that she also didn't wear a bra for authenticity.

I used to know one of the Manuel ones. Charles he is ex RAF and earns abiout £350 per day as Manual as an ice breaker at events and functions. The Brosman one I knew used to fly all over the world doing it at the above rate plus expenses. Although the Lady Di one used to have constant work but wonder why she is not working now. Most of them I have met are very good and they get one fee if they look like them, but much higher if they can perform like them.
