It's illegal to offer discounts to "OAPs" (who, at the moment, are women aged 60+ or men aged 65+). It's against the Sex Discrimination laws.
Discounts for all people aged 60+ (or 65+, or under 16) appear to be still legal - although who knows what the outcome of a legal challenge against age discrimination would be?)
