I did it about 4 years back with some guys from work, good laugh but i do alot of cycling so didn't kill me as much as say someone who doesn't cycle too often.

Ditchling Beacon though is a bastard, make no mistake.

3 times is enough for me (different years, mind!)- was put off by crappy weather the last time i did it.

it is generally a good day out, if you put in enough training.

sponsor tip- get the boss / someone well off to start each sponsorshp page, as many people follow on the same amount above them..
