They can f*** right off with that one....we already have a cinema there, not having Odeon putting the DOY out of business.

London Road;

Pubs are shite - Pubs need improving, maybe some bars and a venue.
Market is shite - Needs to be bigger and a f*** load better.
Shops are shite - Could do with a HMV and a decent clothes shop along with a few decent independent shops rather than a slummerfield, woolworths and any number of other pikey baiting shit holes.
General look and access is shite - The roads is to busy, the street looks dirty and crossing it is a mare, especially at the Preston Circus and Hob Goblin ends. The traffic lights seem to have a life of their own. Revamp and traffic decrease would be good.

Agree, complete revamp is needed in my book. Don't really mind what they put there, pretty much anything will be better than what it's like at the moment.
