Anyone attending any of this year's popfest which starts tonight?



20 (mainly) brilliant bands over four days, including Saturday's all-dayer at the 100 Club. Can't wait!

Really? I defy anyone to sit still during the This Many Boyfriends track. My favourite is The Sock Puppets (from Denmark) though. Saw them a few times last year and they were never less than incendiary with a great Ramones meets 60's Girl Groups in a Detroit garage sound. Local interest is provided by Shrag and Comet Gain too.

Right, I'm off to the Bull & Gate...
