been running for a while, doing a 10k in Horsham with Les on 1st April but I have to say I admire you, i don't think I could do that with any amount of training. Good luck and good on you. Think you ar edoing a bloody hard task. Eye of the Tiger!

I've pulled out this year, and reserved my place for next year. Did it last year in 3hrs 30mins.

It wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. The lap of honour was a killer though.

I will be glued to the TV from 8-30 am as usual since running it in 3-20 about 10 years ago as a fun run for charity. When I realised that wasnt too bad a time I ran another marathon to see how fast I could do, despite hitting the wall badly and walking most of the last 2 miles (after losing my rhythm because one of my shoe laces came undone!), I still managed a respectable 2-56. Then the first of my 6 kids came along, and I never had the time to train for another.

At 2-56 am I the fastest on NSC, or can anybody claim a faster time that that?
