Why is he banned Mods

He has 'banned' under his name on posts, so, yes he has been banned.

In the other stuff section he has a thread where one of the mods (I want to say hitony) mentioned posters can get infractions for insulting other members and if you get so many infractions there's an automatic three day ban. I think the suggestion is this has happened, though it wasn't explicitly said.
