I used a combintation of Iart Pro and for the main graphics and Lunapic online photo editor for the text, for some reason the fact it is on a transparent backround doesnt show up here if you want the source file i can email it

Get a professional design done. Seriously you can find ones online (forums.digitalpoint.com) for $20 and they are sooooo sleek. If you are still struggling I think Bladders is pretty good on photoshop. Failing that i'll give it a quick bash tomorrow.
