If I were you, I'd be on the look out for a Lebanese place. Bet there are a few decent options.

Falafel and hummus is always an excellent choice.

There's a really nice looking vegan Italian place in Nice from what I can see so will eat there tomorrow

Looks good, but it's not open 14:30 - 18:30, which might scupper me using it.
