Assulin. He has pure class. Doubt we could afford him though. If not him it would have to be Mattock. Vokes would be good but I would like to see Hoskins being in the team next season. And I would hate to have Reyes in the squad. He just couldn't pass the ball.

Vokes-We can get better.
Reyes- Seems a bit of a liability, on and off the field.
Need to clean up our act a bit next season, on and off the field. On the field, I think refs have a pre conception about us atm. This needs to change with the players and the manager. Bookings= Suspensions=Losing points.
Off the pitch, well lets not go there.

Assulin - No I guess im the only who didnt think he was that special, yes he was good but not as good as some people are making him out to be.
Reyes - Im not sure I would if he was cheap but otherwise we can do better I guess.

Mattock as he gives the side balance, but IMO his defending needs work... he can be very slow to close down attackers when they're looking to shoot from distance
Reyes as he's class, and much better than he showed in the second spell he had. In fact, that spell might mean we'll get him cheaper
Vokes as he's a good option when we need to hold the ball up, and has the knack of scoring. He's a little immobile though

Mattock shows promise and is comfortable in possesion and going forward so I'd be happy with him. I was initialy very impressed by Reyes; but his 2nd spell was not so strong so not fussed now.
Vokes put in a decent effort, but not sure he is the answer to the upfront issue. Assulin looked potentially good but we simply didn't see enough of him to make a call either way. His lack of appearances may speak volumes as to his chances of return.

We're not going to sign Razak, obviously.
Assulin, maybe, he's got talent but he didn't impress hugely. If Vicente goes we might have more of a place for him.
Jara Reyes for me no, because he was SO bad in his second loan and I'm happy with Calderon as number one rightback.

Mattock only - Assulin didnt really impress me (think someone posted on here that he get a single assist whilst he was here), hes only a talent.

Mattock can take corners. I think I very nearly voted for him.
He reminds me of Gregory (from Villa) in the old Division One. A good player and athlete but he was always out of position defensively. It is important in the modern back four that the full backs and central defenders work as a unit. Conceivably if Mattock forages forward, Bridcutt could cover.
I like to see the left back crossing from deep and the right back (Calderon) overlapping in attack.
I saw Assulin as essential, despite my reservations when he signed. A back-up and replacement for Vicente when he eventually leaves?
