Dicker on LKO London

Interesting article of Gary Dicker's recovery from injury on LKO. Also a brief clip of the Daggers game last year with Marcos Painter saying it was his best moment in football. I guess WHU weren't playing at the weekend!

yes very good piece on Dicker.

Routine ViNcente pronounciation in the highlights though...

Strange these two have been merged considering they are effectively about 2 completely different programmes! Could get confusing.

I presume the BBC South version showed the same highlights of the Leeds game. Did they manage anything else about the Albion? Despite a reasonable effort by BBC South East / London tonight, it was a bit galling to be told that it was Millwall who had a big FA Cup game coming up.

In a sense this is fair... but I think the 'luck' at Leeds was more to do with the squad improvements in signings on loan and injury return. This is not a result we would have achieved with just whatever level of fluke we had whilst struggling out of our bad run. This squad now looks to have a touch of class and serious playoff chances if you ask me.

You make your own luck. If we were a team to just sit back, Saturdays win wouldn't have happened.

Show me a team who don't have a bit of luck and I'll show you a team who'll never win the league/a cup or get promoted.

The fact that we keep looking for a winner rather than settling for a draw also might have something to do with the luck we make
