Specifically what seems like a quiet-ish road behind the Long Man pub, just off Wilmington Way. Honest thoughts on the area would be very welcome... thanks. Thinking of moving further out of town for a bit more space but still within reach of the seafront by bus/cycle.

It’s been asked a few years ago but, in true NSC style, that thread immediately degenerated into an argument about whether that area is Patcham or Hollingbury... so please don’t do that....

The computer shop next to Uncle Sam's is excellent for fixing those annoying faults.
And there's a decent Indian next to the pub

(and it's Hollingbury :) )

The roads in that area always seem to be a nightmare to get through because of
cars parked on both sides of the road. Other than that - decent I would say.

I quite like it round there, you've got Sainos local and ASDA not far, it's generally pretty clean and tidy. As somone has pointed out there's a LOT of cars on some roads so worth looking out for and it's pretty hilly so outside space will vary in quality.

Plus the 5B is the best bus route in town.
