Yep, I get it, bimey, you guys are highly strung today for some reason.
The point is, a season ticket costs around £3k per year, but houseprices in London are a damn sight more expensive than 3k, so for a young chap who is still living at home, you might have to sacrifice your WANTS and deal with REALITY.
Very few people actually WANT to commute, but living in London has NEVER been more expensive than it is today
I wouldn't be considering it if I couldn't afford it. As a 23 year old, the London life is quite appealing and spending much of my social life in Burgess Hill is starting to drive me insane. I might as well stay living at home if I wanted to commute.
