The team has a heartening familiarity about it, just keep doing what you do lads and we’ll give them a good game.

Now we’re on the ‘Soccer Bus’ I think we’re gonna win 3-0.

I am still living off seeing us beat Liverpool at Anfield on our run to the Cup Final. May your memories of today be as good

Dunk to score (not going to commit to who for)

When other clubs have had a change of manager [esp when we have to play them soon after] they always enjoy a "new manager syndrome" lift that gains 3 points first time out as all the players look to impress the new gaffer.

Can we expect to see this to OUR advantage [for a change] today?

Well all I can say is that we’ve had the usual warm welcome now we are at Anfield from all scousers … red and blue … including a blue that got on the coach when we arrived to give us info about where we needed to go and warning about no smoke bombs etc. all done in a relaxed way. Welcoming stewards having a laugh and joke with fans … and a few Liverpool supporters I passed just said hello to me!

Been watching new coaching team put cones out. Will be interesting to see if any difference to warm up routine.

3 points will make this a great day!

Away to Watford in Potter’s first game?
