Sobering stuff and in some ways the tide going out will help our cause in the long run as we were in danger of running before we could walk.
The Dennis Wise lessons in intimidation and defence I guess are a reality of our game now (though i dont like it) and gave an edge v Newcastle though today e.g El Abd and Carroll, it didn't and shouldn't be at the expense or a substitute for good defending. Brez needs better goal keeping coach advice.
Loved some of our passing, clearing and the great free kick.
