Just to confirm: There are loads of empties in the Family stand. Next door neighbour just rung up and 4 together was no problem. Then it transpired one of the kids Gully Gang memberships had not gone thru so they were short on loyalty points. Were assured there would still be plenty there tomorrow.

Just beg the question: How many seats in the family area are not sold at season tickets, and can these ever be bought on a match to match basis?

In fact I just asked this on ATC!

I reckon there are always seats in the family stand. When Donny was sold out the guy on the ticket line found 18 seats together in Block A Family stand and I got two in there for my wife and daughter. There were still at least 8 available unsold on the day

Deffo worth remembering that.... If a game is sold out, borrow a kid for the day and you may still have a chance!

To be fair the Donny game was on the 6th August when alot of families would have been away in the school summer holidays. We went away for 2 weeks to Cornwall and Devon but ended up driving back for the Tottenham game at 4.00 am and then driving back to Devon the next morning. However, I will agree that with evening games there will always be some kids who won't be out on a school night.

Question - does the purchase history have to be a match day ticket ? My wife is on my family and friends and has a smart card but has only ever used it in the clubshop ( to get the discount) does this mean she has purchase history ?
I got tickets for the palarse game for 2 of my group with no purchase history when the website said you needed it. There is 4 of us going but only my step son and I who have any points or purchases. In fact I only registered them the night before I got the tickets. If I was you I would just give it a go tomorrow

Or regsiter a child account, add to your F&F and then spend the extra £8 for a childs ticket even if you don't use it ? Not sure how honest that is though !

So sales have been far from brisk today. From the current sales rate, I can't really see more than 150 tops selling between now and when the 0 loyalty sale begins tomorrow. This would mean come tomorrow, there should be 700 tickets available in all stands, plus a very decent chunk in the family stand. Maybe 1000 tickets....

This is how many we normally sell on general sale for a home league game, so no probs at all.

I reckon this will sell out tomorrow (bar the family stand) but would not be surprised to see a couple of hundred suddenly become available later this week in the East Stand (south) as there was an awful lot blocked out here that were not offered for sale at all.

Also, as it stand Liverpool did not sell out during the 1st two priority periods. They now have a 3rd period which extends up to kick off day. Now they just need to be a STH and have attended 2 other Carling Cup away matched in the last 3 years - that should do em then!

Were LFC given the full 15%, or just the south stand?
