Two defeats all season for Liverpool last year.
Now they've lost 2 out of 3 already this season.

All very amusing but I have a couple of points:

RB is not in the bottom 5 managers. They finished 2nd (to a club twice the size) in the Prem. He's won the Champs league and reached a final, and they've won other cups too. I agree, he is flattered by some of those stats, but to say he is bottom 5 is complete gash.

Steve Gerrard is a fantastic player in the right team. Not overrated, not really a thug in the Joey Barton mould either. That's why Jose Mourinho wanted to make him the highest paid player at Chelsea in 2005.

So much drivel on this thread.

Personally, I can't understand why everyone seems so happy at Liverpool losing. I would far rather they or Arsenal won the Premier League than Man U or Chelsea. I think their squad is worryingly weak in terms of depth and that Benitez made a huge mistake in the way he treated Alonso last summer but anything that makes it more likely that Man U or Chelsea win the league is bad news in my view.

Not a great season for the Scousers so far is it!

It all just goes to confirm my preseason prediction of Liverpool to finish 6th. Tottenham and Man City have much stronger squads, Liverpool's squad is a joke frankly. Ryan Babel is SHIT by any teams standards, and to have 1 striker in a squad is frankly pathetic. Unless you want to class Voronin as a footballer, of course.

For all the devout English players in those 4 teams, Arsenal and Liverpool can drop out of the prem. That would please me greatly.
Walcott to Man City as a result, Gerrard to Hull City

Oh...and Carragher to Leatherhead after losing all his money on the donkeys.
