Simply the Dept for work & pensions has decreed that men with more than one wife,and under Sharia law a man can have up to four. Will be entitled to claim benefit for all four. Yet bigamy is a criminal offence in Britain under ENGLISH law. I can't recall 'New' Labour saying anything about Sharia law in the 2005 election.
