I hope he gets a chance, as he hasn't had fair crack yet, but there must be a reason behind it, McGhee is obviously not seeing it at the moment. I agree that a loan out somewhere might be best and then review his situation.

I wouldn't get rid of him just yet. I thought he had a pretty decent game against reading and took his goal quite well even though it was gifted to him.

Loan him out for a bit and see what happens. I don't see we have got anything to lose by seeing how he develops playing a bit of regular first team football. If he scores a few goals we may even get a small transfer fee for him if we decide to sell!

I think we are pretty much agreed, Makheta deserves a chance to prove himself but would probably benefit from some regular football out on loan for a bit, don't send him to Coventry, send him to Aldershot...

I think we should keep him and just loan him out for some experience in a couple of years he has the potential to be awesome.
From what i've read elsewhere though it seems as if he's on the way out the door and i reacon on a free!
Why couldn't it be Mccammon?

also thinking a loan move would be good. we wouldn't get much if any money for him at the mo. so why not let the imps pay his wages whilst we find out how good he is.

Duo Out To Impress

(stuff about Molango) and..... Dunston Federation Brewery's prolific front man Graeme Armstrong.

Now THAT sounds like an interesting club to support....

McGhee is keen to see Maheta Molango follow Virgo away from Withdean. The Swiss striker, who has not featured in any Albion's four pre-seaosn games, is on trial at Lincoln.

McGhee said: "I'm looking to move Maheta. He has not been able to come to terms with English game in some ways.

Did you miss the 4 league goals he scored in the 2003-4 season. I think he ended up with 7 in all that season!

Lets hope he can recapture that form, last season was a nightmare after breaking a bone in his foot.

What do you reckon on the chances that he moves on to another club, then starts knocking in loads of goals! Maybe Molango and McgGhee just don't get on.

Maheta had some "issues".

" taps nose"

That is why he didn't feature when we were struggling for players

So MM making such a comment is not a great advert for a new club looking at him.

"Here look at my car, it breaks down all the time, but nevertheless why don't you buy it from me?"
