Far worse.

I left the freezer door slightly ajar by accident and have now defrosted the entire contents (three whole lambs :( )and created a huge puddle :(

Agreed.
I didn't finish work till late tonight, owing to a car fire on the M11. The roads were FAR SAFER under Tony Blair. God, I miss him

Do you kill your own?

Friends of the family used to bottle feed theirs and then slice their throats when they were plump enough. Couldn't do it myself!

I managed to miscue the football over the astro fence and got stung by a rather large patch of stinging nettles. This would NOT have happened with a Blair government.

I know you're not supposed to refreeze, but if little time has passed and the meat wasn't exposed to heat or flies, then you should. I don't think it's going to be affected.

Either that, or sell it really cheap, to me...... wait....... give it away, for nothing, to me! Yes, that's the ticket.

Way out west
...isn't that how Halal lamb is prepared, slit the throat while the wee thing is still bleating.

I had a shit day at work, this morning with Blair still PM wasn't too bad, however everything I tried to do this afternoon turned to jelly...will probably spend most of tomorrow trying to rectify the situation.

I had a really poor night of sleep last night and am buggered now. I'm not sure how I'll get through the day at work, it is going to be hard to stay awake. I hope this is not a sign of things to come for the Gordon Brown era, if he can get me a good night's sleep as Prime Minister, then life will be much better!

By the seaside in West Somerset
left home under Blair and it was raining
returned tonight under Brown bathed in sunshine
clearly politically motivated to make me feel that there is hope after all so I shall wait until tomorrow morning just to see
if the sun is still shining I will vote for life being better under Brown

Yes. I have no problem eating something that I fed and cared for, but the killing process squeaks me out, one of our friends has a small abattoir and Paddy and he do all that.

NMH - If you were local you would be welcome to meat, I didn't refreeze any still raw but I have cooked some last night and I will cook more today and make it into things that can then be frozen again.

I would like to see Brown get tough on the following

1) Sort out this immigration problem that gets up peoples noses big time.

2) Sort out the C*(nts that are ripping the system off. Both homegrown and people from other countries.

3) Treat the hard working, honest everyday people properly without taking more money out of our pockets.

4) Stop wasting money in the NHS. I know someone who is earning up to £600 a day as an IT consultant. Their task? To find out new ways in which IT can be improved in the NHS.

Here is a prime example of where it is going wrong, and where our hard earn money goes. It makes my blood boil

I know someone who got a girl pregnant. She is living in a flat, which by the way is being paid for by the goverment including other benefits on top of this.

Due to certain incidents that have happend between both parties, it has now ended up in a family court becuase the girl will not give access to the child.
So more money is now going on legal aid to greedy solicitors to sort the problems out. Money is also being spent on police time.

Why is it these lazy f***ing chavs seem to get all the help they need?

Now if I ever want help from the goverment myself I can hardly get a penny. Why? because I have worked hard, saved my money, paid my taxes and I am good honest person.

Oh, things are definately brighter now under Brown.

Hark, what's that I hear. Oh yes, it's the sound of the change gradually gathering speed as we head back towards a Tory government :drink:.

You have very good long distance hearing.

It's a lovely day today and, despite, not getting in until 2.30 after a night's drinking I have no hangover.

Brown's the man for me.
