I think him and Murray together would be a bit similar, I still think Forster is crucial personally.

If he signs looks like he would be a great season. Can see Murray staying for now, as cant see many teams willing to splash 500k or so on a striker who was injured most of last season. I expect Murray will be told to put himself in the window during first half of the season and then try to earn a move back north for a decent fee, which could then see Forster or Davies play more reguarly.

If Norwich are serious I doubt we will get a look in.

Maybe his agent is using our 'interest' to get more from Norwich.

Still here is hoping :)

Why? May I point out that Norwich are in OUR league now...

Be good to have him. How good is he though ? Not had look in at Derby and couldnt score for leeds. Scored 1 in 3 in League 2 .

6ft 4 so that is a major plus.

I think a good signing, surely worth 15 goals a season ?

Unsure he is the 20 + striker though

I think his record is pretty good, if you ignore Leeds he scored 4 in 5 starts at Blackpool and 6 in 13 starts at Huddersfield. Depends how you look at it when he was at stockport, looking back he scored 35 in 60 starts and a few appearances of the bench. His height is something we could do with up top, and still only 24, not sure how quick he is though? anybody know?

Quick for a big man... recollection from Stockport games...

Dickinson was on loan at Leeds at the back end of last season, by all accounts, he was useless. Unless he gets a rocket put up his backside, he's not someone to get too excited about at the moment.

Sounds even more promising then, because if he is to play with Murray, who is not the quickest we could do with a bit of pace.

That is about 2 years out-of-date, league 2, and only 2 games tho'... remember being impressed as he was alone up-front and basically owned the defenders of his opponents...

Come on... a few bad games for Leeds, and a great record apart from that... we should be excited...

Big Man more in mould of Owuso I hear.

My memory of "The Great Escape" last season was of OGH setting them up for us all to Raise the Roof, same as he did for Bobby.

Harty  to start if reports that Forster is still to join training other than Gym work.

Agreed, its not easy to go out on loan and instantly make an impact, yet he did at Blackpool and did at Udders. His record at stockport was good for a young striker and I think if we can get him in its certainly something to be excited about.
