Every time I have been to Brisbane Road, it has been a superb day (or night) out - for all sorts of different reasons, most of them not predicted before the event.

Sadly, this year, I can't go.

will do both BUT if i was to pick i'd choose Cheltenham

why i hear you cry? because as things stand Orient is being built up to be a massively enjoyable day - which means the fans will have fun but we'll lose it and because of a massive crowd people will be arsey about seating etc,etc..

plus its on telly , which with you scrimping and saving could save you a few quid

whereas Cheltenham will have room to swing a cat due to people being put off by the fact its the cup first round away which means sit where you like and groups of fans actually enjoying it and it showing on the pitch! :)

just my opinion like.

Same here, if i could only do one then id choose Cheltenham.

As i know for a fact that i would deffinetly be able to see the Orient game in a pub in Brighton somewhere. Plus Cheltenham will fill more like an away day out, which hopefully we will more likely get a decent result there.

Dmiles you LEGENDARY beast, you may have added another one to the away attendance with that link. I never read ask the club, so would almost certainly not have gone. I don't suppose I am being too DEMANDING by asking of you the PRICE too?

Do you know of anywhere in Pompey that might show the Orient game, TCB? I was thinking Yates', The Walkabout or maybe the Union??

Orient. I went to Cheltenham in May and we're quite busy next weekend anyway.

I would go for Cheltenham and watch the Orient game at home on Sky but then we dont usually play very well when we are on the Tele.
We had a good patch starting with a draw away at Wolves one Monday night where we didn't lose televised matches. Right through the playoffs and Aug Bank holiday away at Leicester until the Palace game at Withdean when it all went pear shaped.

I think, but stand to be corrected, the only win since then on TV was in the cup v Rushden.

What was the score in the game v Orient for Shiltons 1000th game cant remember.

Good question. The only other time we've been on sky since I've been here was the Blackpool game, but seeing as I actually went to the game I didn't need to think about finding a tv screen. I think it largely depends on what other live sport is on at the same time. If there's not really anything else, then any of those places should show it (maybe with the exception of the union?). Yates and Walkabout both showed Watford v Palace the other night, so are probably good bets.

Cheers, yeah Yates' were also showing charlton v qpr the other day, so hopefully they will be showing it.
