let's hope so !!!

Typical hamster. You can have the OLympic Stadium and let's see you try to fill it. WHU will always be a nothing club with its only claim to fame being the bnp's favourite.

Orient will be fine.

Chess is usually too quick, a football season lasts about nine months and there will be ups and downs in that period. Be honest, you were behaving like a typical modern football fan: a demanding child with the brain of a goldfish. That's meant as an observation rather than an insult btw, as mentioned there are quite a few on here with exactly the same mindset.

Having said that Slade does seem to do Ups and Downs in a more extreme manner than a lot of managers!

I get you but to be honest we had a point. We scraped home to avoid relegation by a point last season and had won 3 out of 23 games. We had won only 3 home games in 6 months and couldn't score. We finished one game with the opposition having 79 percent possession. We were awful and had been for a year. Many other fans would have called for his head well before.

Point taken, looking at the back end of last season and the beginning of this it DOES look pretty bad. It shows the value though of sticking with a manager and seeing if he can try and get through it as opposed to sacking him, paying him off, and then bringing in someone else who more than likely has been sacked by another club in a similar situation.

And winning the world cup don't forget.

That's about as true as Leeds being Champions of Europe

Now if your three players had done that all on their own you'd have a point

I still have a soft spot for Slade. Without his Great Escape, we wouldn't be where we are now. I hope he continues to do well.

Well our players scored all the goals and the captain lifted the cup...didn't see any other players chipping in with goals

Sorry, just like winding Borient supporter up a bit....don't tell him but ive got a soft spot for his fluffy little club and always look out for their results. Ive even been to their ground a few times :shootself
