If Maupay had muffed that, then I would have completely and utterly lost my shit.

Yes,respect to maupay.you can see from his body position and his head he was completely focused on making sure it went in and not treating like a simple tap in.
Could easily have gone wrong with all that bobble and then yes,we would have all lost our shit I reckon:lolol:

a galaxy far far away
Dunk defenetly has the DNA of a Saxon warrior.
Going up north and getting a victory against the vikings is in his blood.
Magnificent victory roar.

Mate, if I was going into battle, i'd certainly be happy to see Lewis and Webby either side of me

Probably best not to highlight such behaviour in the current climate.

Bit of a shame.

It must have been so hard to reign it in on Saturday, especially when the stakes were so high and the focus on the game so evident... After all; it’s not as if those kind of emotional outpourings are going to encourage two elderly shoppers (with underlying health conditions), to hug, high five and generally lose their shit in the vegetable aisle, after claiming the last two cucumbers in Sainsbury’s... the nectar points clearly aren’t worth the risk.

Why just pick out Dunk?! The Webster / Dunk chest bump, the Mac / Trossard high five, all a thing of beauty. I'm particularly wondering whether there is a decent link growing on the pitch between Trossard and Macallister?

Apart from being gratified by all the passion, that video confirmed to me from a different angle what I had thought all along, which is how long and how well Trossard held the ball before releasing it to MacAllister at just the right moment. Superb team goal involving 6 or 7 players.

I'd throw Maupay into the mix also. The goal reminded me of the late winning goal to beat Arsenal at the Amex in the summer. Instinctive one touch passing that completely cut open the opposition.

His goal against the Gunners required a great finish too, whereas the winner against Leeds just required a tap in. Great positioning to be in the right place at the right time though.
