does it really make any difference i mean lets be honest what is the difference between hello and HELLO

It does make it more difficult to read as its more straining on the eyes.

Also i think its a "hey look at me" gesture, and shows ignorance.
What so difficult in turning off the caps lock? none, hence it just attention seeking.

I think we need to keep reminding ouselves that in a forum there is a cross section of people and about 3% will be as thick as pigs shit.
