That would be a BIG BIG mistake if leon goes,more skill than all our other players put together.Its crap service and crap players around him that fucks it up,or maybe he just doesn't like mc ghee

Knight is the only bit of confidence i get when looking at our starting line up,good luck if he does go,as he deserves better players around him.

I might be reading too much into this, but McGhee was analysing Saturday's game.

He correctly noted what many of us there thought, that Adebola and Benjamin changed the game from the bench in replacing the starting guys like Goater.

Then he said: "We don't really have that, so our strikers have to play well from the beginning and I think that can be the difference. We have 3 strikers in Leon, Virgs and Mark McCammon. Maybe I have to consider bringing one off the bench in order to try and change the momentum or change the game."

How does that sound to you? It reads to me 2 of them starting, one as impact on the bench.

With Leon about to have an enforced rest and Big Mac still maybe recovering from the virus, it makes sense to start Leon than putting him on the bench. But unless he does something a bit better than he did in the first half of the season, I reckon it'll be the bench for Leon for the rest of the season.

Could be a big game for him tonight.

I wouldn't blame him one little bit. I can't think that we have ever had such a good player, who has had a debut season like he had last year, and yet managed to get the stick he's got.

Can't blame him for thinking, "Stuff this, I'll never win them over."

It would be a real shame if he goes, but as fans, we have pushed him to this.

Ok Leon is certainly our most skillful player, and in the right side i think will score goals...no matter what the division.

However we need to think of what is best for us.... that maybe to let Knight go.....he certainly isn't showing what he is capable of playing in this side.

We have another young striker who maybe could fill his boots.....time for Jake to maybe fufill the poteinal he has shown.

I for one don't think he will get a chance all the time that leon is here.....mcghee will not play two small strikers, his season long search for a target man and persistance in playing virgs up-front proves that.

It may come down to a choice between the two.... and right now i would choose Jake....he seems to be a more goal scoring striker than leon who even when he plays up front drags the ball wide.

I'd love them both but dont think it will ever happen...so who do you choose ?

Thats a fair comment,but i would certainly prefer knight,least he has a track record of league goals and lots of skill,and still young.Jakey on the other hand is unproven bar the conference,not worth judging him til he is a regular.
