WAS a cock. Fair play, and I reall really didn't like him after what he said, but he's apologised and we move on. Fair play to the lad, I can't remember too many footballers doing likewise. Unless you count those Premiership boys whose PR agent's write something and instruct them to read it out because it might damage their next sponsorship deal (e.g. you can tell it wasn't Rooney who wrote his apology during the WC; didn't have enough er's, like and swear words for it to have been him). I have the play off final DVD that he's interviewed on, it's the same voice. He talks about dean white and carpenter which wasn't particularly public knowledge, and he says "you know" in every other sentence. It's quite clearly him.

The argus haven't picked up on it because Naylor is in portugal and they can't take the risk that it might not be him - they do their interviews in person!
