the last time he scored a decent amount of goals at a vaguely decent level of football was 2006-07, and he's never been particularly prolific above league 1 level...plus just under 20% of those goals came in northern ireland....i genuinely think i could bag myself a couple of goals over there

i had a quick gander and he said nothing that i personally would say is offensive. Its just one mans own opinions on homosexuality. Hes hardly calling for all gays to be bashed in. If he personally doesnt like homosexuality (not homosexual people as a whole) then so what?

You can believe whatever you like, you can't stop anyone having certain beliefs but spouting offensive comments in such a public place as Twitter is going to get you suspended. If he came up with an intelligent argument it might have been different, he just came across as an ignorant moron. No one should be surprised, this is Leon Knight.
