Good appointment.

Great CV and did an excellent job with a very average squad at Southampton last year which has been hugely under rated by their fans who think they're Barcelona.

I wouldn't go as far as excellent...Despite finishing 8th they were still only 6 points above 17th as well as being 17 points worse off than they were the previous season.
