I think LDC have a cheek saying its up to prescott to speed up.
he is trying hard to help run the country whereas they are running a piss-pot little county town and not very well at that how can they justify using rate-payers money for this.

You would have thought that considering the time it took for them to make the decision, the ODPM would have made the decision fairly watertight.

Yes, the news that the ODPM lawyers f***ed up broke a couple of months ago, let's hope it's not costly, gonna make this judicial review an uncomfortably close affair.

Isn't the worst case that they will send it back to Prescott, who will make the change and send it back?

Granted, this will take time.

What's to say it's not happening now? And no, I don't know one way or the other...

Note to LDC lawyers: :tosser:

I'm sure the ODPM are making sure that they have everything covered before going to court. Prescott will want to make sure LDC & Norman Baker get stuffed good and proper over this petty issue over wording.

I would be great IF it did get sent back to Prescott that he was able to straight away send out another YES with just a minor change to the wording. What a waste of LDC money that will have been!
