Unless they appoint a really shit manager I think they will stay up. And if they could get a Dowie or a Strachan then they will be in business.

The quality in Div 1 is not what it used to be, Leeds have some good young players and I expect their fans will stick with it, unlike Wednesday fans.

Leeds are deluding themselves if they think they've got any chance of bouncing back. They are basically the footballing equivalent of a car boot sale now, every player will have his price (and a knock-down one at that, given their circumstances). Their squad will be ravaged, they will have a team full of kids, and they will be eaten alive by most of Division One (much like Derby County this season, who beat the drop by ONE POINT).

Any Leeds fans entertaining thoughts of the Playoffs next season is in for a very rude awakening.
