Taking joy in a non-league side that have battled their arses off lose to a bunch of the biggest cnuts in football, makes you the twat mate.
How is it anything like it being Palace!?

I am a Rushden & Diamonds fan. I hate Kettering. I love to see them suffer, as much as possible, bar going bust, as I wouldn't wish that on any team (bar MK).

You are a Brighton fan. You hate Palace. I'm pretty sure you love to see them suffer, and I'm pretty sure if they had been in a situation Kettering were in tonight, you'd be bloody delighted.

Edit: just seen your next post. Nevermind then.

I here John Deehan, the kettering assistant manager, has been sacked because he played a substitute that the chairman didn't want played.

Sounds a bit Savage, could never happen here, right?

John Deehan sacked
Kettering Town assistant manager John Deehan has been sacked after the final whistle of Tuesday night's FA Cup tie with Leeds United.
What should have been a glorious night for Kettering Town ended in yet more drama as Lee Harper revealed he is on the verge of quitting the club.

The Poppies went down to a heroic 5-1 defeat after extra-time as Leeds United earned themselves an FAADVERTISEMENTCup third-round trip to Manchester United.

But the whole night was overshadowed as Poppies boss Harper revealed his assistant John Deehan was sacked straight after the game by "someone high up in the club" and that decision was making him consider his own position.

"There are some upset people and things have been said and that may mean I will be considering my future," Harper said in a shock press conference.

Things have been said to my assistant-manager that he is not to come back and that he is sacked. It's unjust. I want this opportunity but I am a very sad man.

"I understand it was down to substitutions but we only had three players on the bench who could have possibly gone on the pitch.

"Patrick Noubissie asked to come off because his legs had gone and John had no choice but to bring him off.

"I need this job but what has been said is not fair. I have mentioned to my players it might be the end for me and every single person in our dressing-room has said they are beside me.

"I was disgusted with what was said. The dust could settle but John knows the game inside out and I am not sure he would want to stay.

"I am shocked and I am flabbergasted. I am just gutted.

"Maybe I am naïve for coming out with it but every single one of my players is gutted with what has been said because they respect and like John Deehan.

"It has spoilt the night because that game was not a 5-1. It looks worse than it was but such is life and we will see what the next day brings.

"I would like to say that I have been given a fantastic opportunity. But I am an honourable man who sticks by the people who help me.

"I brought John Deehan in because I think he can help take Kettering forward. If he is not here then I don't think I can be."

Colleague of mine is a Kettering supporter, and went last night. I was outraged when he told me what happened afterwards. And apparently they might have to merge with Rushden & Diamonds in the near future.
