Judging by the BBC Weather site, looks like it's going to snow at times over the next 4 days but remain above freezing for most of the time. It can change of course but seems ok at the moment. I think.

No! It's about a 30 minute walk to town, so would suggest that. Plenty of lovely pubs to choose from.

According to BBC weather it wont get above 1 degree on Saturday. Im more worried about trains- getting the 9,30 from London which arrives in Leeds at 11.45.
