Trains are completely ruined - Stevenage shut therefore via Sheffield so takes miles to long.

Car it is

Sheffield route looks OK on the way up, only issue is coming back you only have a 10 minute connection between Leeds and Sheffield and are relying on a Virgin Crosscountry. However going to give it a go. Too many good pubs in Leeds to think about taking the car.

Fantastic as I can definately go now. Won't have to waste any holiday for it either. Just hope the roads don't get f***ed up like they were this weekend.

I'll be there.

Can now take the missus so we can go and visit Grandma in her Nursing Home in Batley and have a pint in Mirfield at the Three Nuns.

Stay overnight at the Ye Olde Pepperpot just outside Sheffield which is a superb small pub that has a annexe with a couple of bedrooms and the food is to die for.

Excellent

You forgot to mention what you're going to have for breakfast.

ive had it with theis club they are Fcuking Wankers!!!!

once again changing things at the last minute!!

I had booked off 3 days to go to this ,organised accomodation in manchester, now they bring it forward nearly 1 month!!! so now with 3 weeks notice i have to sort out the trip again which I dont think I can make now!!

we need to FA to bring in a rule that fixtures are more or less set in stone, you surely cannot bring a game 1 month forward!!!!

just went they have pissed everyone off with the Spurs ticket fiasco they go and do this!!!

nice one BHA!!!!

bollocks thats screwed up my Elland Road trip

Same here. I was hoping to have a two day break in York, take in the city and fit the Leeds game in round it, which would have used up my annual leave allowance. I'm away on the weekend of 27th to 29th January.

Seems to me that all those who could go to the original date now can't go and everyone who couldn't go now can.

Just wish I was one of the latter, not the former.

I had booked time off work, sorted out a baby sitter for the Tuesday afternoon, untill my missies got home from work and the people I was going with had booked the bloody hire car.

Now I am having to try and rearrange it all. My missies is going to go mad, as she has taken that weekend off work for us to "spend some time together".

Oh well I am sure I will over come, even if I do end up single at the end of it :lolol:

Bad luck to Yorkie and all the others who can't make it now. My commiserations.

I was planning to go on the original date - I can still go on the new date, but it will cost me a lot less now, which is good news for me. And, as others have said, we should now have a larger support, which is a wholly positive development.

Bring 'em on!

tbh, I quite chuffed, cos I was gonna have to take days off work. Car seems the best way, club together, save some cash! Will see if any other London / exiled Albions are going. Presume BHAFat will be going?
