Leeds are an utterly loathsome club. Whilst other clubs go to the wall for peanuts this so called giant club thinks it can just wander around spending money it hasn't got and then refuses to pay up when the bill comes in. The way that club has been run is an absolute joke and everyone concerned should be utterly embarrassed at how they have turned such a "big club" into a derelict also-ran.

I'm sorry Leeds, but there are plenty of clubs down at this level that pay their f***ing bills and don't leave small companies, local councils and the taxpayer in the lurch, and all without the revenue that 20,000 crowds bring in every week. What an utterly classless bunch of wretches they are.

how the f*** can the league alter points this far into a season screwing up others' plans - surely the points situation will have to come into effect next season

The FL already alters points , most recently Rotherham have had 10 points deducted for going into administration. So the reverse is true that they can add points when a club has sucessfully appealed the original decision. If a club goes out of business before the season ends all the results are expunged , which means that it is possible a club could end up in the play offs due to the fact they lost twice to the club that has folded.

Agreed , Halifax Town in the BS Premier recently went into administration over a relatively small sum of £8,000. Now with a 10 points deduction they are hovering precariously above the relegation places.
