Nowhere decent to drink near the ground!...oh hang on they're right. 40 minute wait to get served in the Sportsman anyone? R&C is OK but a bit quiet, and brewery Tap is all Albion. never seen any trouble in any of them for away fans, but hardly rocking either.

Why are they calling us wankers ??? What have we done to them, well apart from beat them the last 2 times at the Withdean.

I went to the play off final with a friend of my sisters who happened to be a Leeds fan. There was a point as we left the Millenium Stadium when he realised our victory meant mighty Leeds had to play at Withdean the next season, he wasn't a happy bunny!!

Must be even less of a happy bunny having to play us at Withdean, in a league below.

Working in Leeds, I truly hope we beat the to$$ers.

Leeds are the most despised bunch of "fans" in the country, so they have a lot of hate in them.

I've just read that. I never actually knew what 'waccoe' meant, until now :dunce:

Why isn't it waTccoe, though?

In fairness the guy who says 'wankers' is referring to the club as wankers for charging them £28 to sit in the rain half a mile from the pitch, rather than actually calling us wankers.

My sympathies. Anyone who has to watch the match from there has my sympathy - it's a rubbish view to travel so far for.

A few of them mention they're looking forward to it "except for the match", so are probably coming down just for the crack, or to spend time in town over the weekend.

Any smart ones will realise that the 'crap ground' is just the state of affairs we are left with.....for the time being - but expect loads of other malcontents will enjoy a good whine and moan.

What's that about the cost of a ticket though? - we have to pay that every home game, 'cept for the season ticket holders. I'm more concerned of what kind of game it'll be for the money. Good tense games like the Southend one, are well worth the money to see. Actually, the Bristol Rovers match wasn't as bad as people seem to think - just a tough defensive tactic that we tried to break down - and their keeper saved 'em the points.

They will be no pleasing some of the Leeds fans though, they'll hate the ground and the view even if they play us off the park.

I dunno what they are moaning about. The Nou Camp is mostly uncovered, AND you;re miles from the pitch there as well (in the upper levels). Whats the difference ?

I loathe certain clubs. My reasons for loathing them are various. The clubs that I loathe are: Crystal Palace, Reading, Leyton Orient, Brentford, Birmingham City, Leeds United, Chelsea, Swindon Town and Cardiff City.
