Pathetic indeed.
Leeds will probably bring the biggest away support in the division to just about every ground anyway, so it won;t make a blind bit of difference when they don;t buy a burger or a programme - they;ll STILL be putting more in each clubs coffers than most if not all the other visiting clubs fans just through sheer number.

And I;m DELIGHTED the League saw fit to smack another points deduction on them this season, being as they effectively dodged it last season. Thats the whole POINT of a punishment, its SUPPOSED to hurt ffs.

I was actually feeling a great deal of sympathy for the Leeds fans, but that's just unreal what they are doing. Clearly still thinking as a Premiership club which means you can get away with more or less anything, and as soon as somebody actually says 'no' and this is your punishment, they cry like naughty children.

Still, as has been said before, they will bring their 900 fans to the game, and their ticket prices alone will be more than most away fans bring to the club in ticket prices and other expenditure so we've no need to complain.

And for the record, it's not that anybody has used the situation as an advantage to get one over on them. It's punishing a club for continued mis-management, and for trying to pull one over the Football Leagues eyes and bully them into submission - which to a degree Bates has still succeeded at anyway.

It's a shame because the football fan community would be more than prepared to pull together to rid football of the fat wanker once and for all, but I'm afraid nobody is prepared to help when there is nothing like enough humility being displayed.

I will just make sure that I buy nothing in the ground at Elland Road. Not sure why Bates breaks the rules, the club get points correctly deducted and then once again blames everyone apart from Leeds Utd who got themselves £7.7m in debt with the taxman, and Leeds blame all the other clubs.

I have every sympathy for Leeds fans, but this sort of action just makes me think what the f***. I will go to Leeds away, but as I say will buy nothing in the ground, if all away fans did that then Leeds will lose out on quite a bit of revenue which might have gone towards paying off the old creditors!

Quite amazing the reaction on the Leeds board to all of this. I agree, a boycott of buying burgers etc etc is a bit sad. Ken Bates must be laughing his head off at it all. He,s responsible for much of the problems, yet has managed to get the Leeds supporters furious with ALL the football league clubs instead. Many of them are threatening "to rip out the seats " etc etc wherever they go.They are even going to boycott buying Coca Cola.... lol.
Been interesting reading though, how they now despise the rest of us even more, conveniently forgetting that the little shit of a manager they have, helped push Leicester into Administration with his demand for a £2,000,000 pay-off after breaking Calum Davison's jaw...!
I don,t know whether it,s true or not, but it has been said that Ken Bates was on the committee that demoted Swindon 2 divisions for financial irregularities.
All in all, very odd how they view things there.

Regrettably I think we can look forward to some violence in the new season. It seems to be creeping back in to the game and this ,may have given a small minority some form of excuse - perhaps there will be a time when the league punish clubs for their fans' behaviour again. If so it would be interesting to see how they respond to being "victimised" yet again

I agree with you. Although the majority of Leeds fans are the same as you and I, they do have an element that don't seem to have a brain cell at all. They see themselves as adopting a seige mentality, and "everybody hates us " attitude. Fine for the majority....no problem. but once the thug element of Leeds cotton on to this , it,ll be a ready made excuse for them to cause havoc. I hope it doesn't happen , but wouldn,t be at all surprised if trouble follows Leeds United this season. I remember the year Man Utd got relegated, their fans were horrendous on their travels. They pretty much got away with it then, but today, the authorities are far more determined to deal with these situations harshly and quickly.

I suspect that after the first few games, when I am willing to bet that the leeds morons (albeit a minority before starry has a go at me on this) will cause trouble, the league will come in and put an away ban in place or hit them with a further penalty. Then those poor ickle yorkists can bleat some more about how nasty everyone is for not letting them cheat and defraud their way to the title and the promotion which of course they so rightly deserve.

They are a BIGGGGGGGGGG club you know.

Leeds fans plot their revenge...

Apologies if fixtures.

Leeds fans seem to be planning to get their revenge on all the clubs who voted that their points deduction should remain. Their genius plan is to not spend any money whilst at grounds

Whilst I think it's massively unlikely that this will ever come to anything, I don't think they've really thought this through. Surely if they do this, every other club will start doing it back to them, meaning they lose revenue from EVERY game they play!
