If you have been to Fulham and Brentford you have probably had good days out, QPR is nothing like away trips to those grounds.
I've been to QPR about 4 times, never really enjoyed it.

Nor me. Loftus Road appears from pictures or match highlights much better than it actually is. In reality a fair few non-league grounds are better. If you went to Lincoln you will have had better away accomodation. I'm drinking well away from Shepherds Bush when we play there too as away fans aren't welcomed anywhere in my experience

I decided to drink in Hammersmith before QPR one season, we went in one pub with hardly any customers, I was told I wouldn't be served unless I removed my hat, so I walked out and my friends followed.
Went in another pub and the police rounded up Albion fans from the area and put them in this pub, we couldn't leave until the police said and they gave us an escort to Loftus Road.

Great days out in London inc West Ham, Tottenham and Orient amongst others.
At least I can finally tick off QPR.

Managed to grab a couple of tickets for QPR in Y2, don't think the view is too restricted in comparison to Y6 on the other side if my memory serves me correctly

I've done both Y2 & Y6 & yes Y2 is better although only slightly unless you're behind that massive pillar!!!

I have been to around 70 grounds but somehow never QPR... now I'm beginning to realise why...!!!

Going this year with Moshe Jnr. We are in Y6, Row E, seat numbers around "E50" ...

I am taking the positive out of being Row E and not further back. Anyone nice able to reassure me that we won't be in seats facing the wrong way and/or looking at a massive pillar for 90 minutes...?

I've got a horrible feeling this view is very close to where we are...! http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/fans-fury-qpr-charge-38-5126788

QPR is the second crappiest ground in the top two divisions. The Arsenal review is spot how it is got a H&S certificate is beyond me. As London awaydays go it is a lousy one.

Only issue with Y2 is there seems to be seating behind the huge floodlight that runs through the stand. Hopefully they don't sell it.
