Is it on a dimmer switch? If so then you need to ensure the LED lights are 'dimmable'. Otherwise the dimmer switch will damage them and break them. Dimmable LED lamps are more expensive but costs are dropping all the time.

plus make sure the dimmer switch is capable of operating led lamps, (trailing edge dimmer ?)
My dog does the same thing. Should settle down once you've been back a while.
Possible loose/faulty connection , maybe the 4 lights are "in-line" ,hence one fault affects all 4 of them
Not in line so faulty connection ruled out. Will switch bulbs around to see if a bulb prob but somehow doubt it
Could be that the transformers are playing up, obviously if the change around of bulbs makes no difference then next bet is the transformers.
Common failure mode on those is to strobe - new bulb time. Swapping will confirm. They may be in warranty depending on the maker and price, some have 5 or 7 years.
Bulbs ... not sure how long they've been there as we only moved in 6 months ago. Maybe just junk LED bulbs, no idea
