Previously, I'd have said Chelsea without any thought.

Nowadays I'm torn between Tottingham Hotsbridge and Chelsea. Not all that keen on West Ham either because they really think their fans are a class apart, yet couldn't even get behind King Bobby when required. And Millwall's hoolie element are a total embarrassment to the game.
