Peace out.
Stevenage only expected to take 3000 to Old Trafford today.
For anybody that doesn't know its Torquay v Stevenage at 3pm.
For anybody that doesn't know its Torquay v Stevenage at 3pm.
Crowd expected to be in the region of 10,000. In a 76,000 capacity stadium. Why doesn't the FA/FL have a number of venues in mind and then choose the best one with the two clubs in mind? Surely it can't be that hard to organise? Ok, you're never going to get a stadium that ticks all the boxes in terms of location, size etc but surely a better option would have been Ashton Gate or St Mary's?
They have to book the venues months in advance for logistical reasons. If it had ended up being Southampton v Sheffield Wednesday the capacity would have been needed. They can't just decide two weeks beforehand that the two teams involved are Noddy sides and move the game to (say) Coventry.

All of this. But FA and common sense don't go together.
Who cares what the venue is? The shocking thing is how many supporters each club are taking up. It would make no difference if they were playing at Southampton, Old Trafford, Wembley the fact is the support is terrible.

Any stream for this match?
