Yes, it was superb. I loved it when pop fell for the geni in the bottle trick. All is right in the world.
I thought it was superb and a real return to form. Smashing conclusion too with Papa Lazerou.

Only watched the first one so far but loved it. no canned laughter - we fried to rewatch the original box set on sky but it had a really bad laughter sound track that completely ruined it.

Need to watch all three again as there are so many little visual gags hidden away in the background. In the last one, the old man who was put on the chair in the opening titles appeared very briefly later on outside a shop with a sign saying 'fully restored'.

Did a bit of telly. Did the pilot of Get it Together with Roy North and Ollie the Owl .... non broadcast like.
Also loved the ending with the carrier bag floating on the wind making a cameo appearance.

Yeah, they made an effort. I lost count of all the cross references like the bag. Micky became a fireman, Edward and Tubbs in flat 9, the radio 1 DJ with bad breath etcs. Deserve what ever awards they listed for.
