Hopefully both clubs can agree to have the game on the weekend rather than mid-week.

Is this allowed? Would make it a much more attractive fixture to go to.

"Swindon Town have received confirmation that the Capital One Cup first round fixture with Brighton & Hove Albion will be televised live on Sky Sports.

The game will take place at The County Ground on Tuesday 14th August with a 7.45pm kick-off.

The Robins will hope to impress in front of a national audience, with the game being played four days before the start of the new League One season."
