Can't comment specifically about the 32" but I bought the 20" version for my bedroom a year or so back and have had no problems with it at all so far.

Picture quality is good and DVD works fine. Not sure if picture quality would suffer on a bigger sized screen 'cos I don't know enough about these sort of things!!

Get yourself down to a Comet to have a look. (Obviously not the one on Goldstone Retail Park though...)
