In, also to the 'outers' who could we get? And more importantly, would they come here?

Why on earth would we want a fantastic, charismatic manager out? Also... we have the best defence in the league, the third most shots, spent three weeks at the top of the league very recently and could be in the play-offs with a win on Friday. Apart from the Blackpool game - on balance we have been the better side every game - just need a bit more luck in front of goal.

Can the doom mongers stop doom mongering or you might just get what you wish for and we end up with alan curbishley.

Based on this exact thread (poyet in or out) made 3 days ago, I predict the outcome will turn out roughly 74% in, 13% out and 12% fence. Except with 8 less pages and far less enthusiasm from either brigade

This, but the percentages will make 100%.

What a stupid pointless inflammatory thread. I wouldn't even dignify the poll with a vote!

Missed the other 8-pager but I am really confused how anyone could argue for his sacking. Those who do must think we should be in the top two by rights which is just plain ridiculous. Poyet has of course made mistakes but do we have another example of a team in the second year in the Champ (and not a BIG team) sacking a manager when they are in the top half of the table this early in the season, for purely football reasons? Cant think of any myself.
