Having Reading for Kerry's testimonial got me thinking when was the last time we were the invited big team for a league player's testimonial. In 30 years of watching the Albion I am struggling to remember one. Anyone? Surely we must have been a draw when we were in the top two divisions???

Trouble is no one see us as a star attraction. Let's be honest, we ain't exactly a big draw for a fellow league club are we?

Obviously not

1976, we played Spurs for Joe Kinnear's benefit. We let in 6 if my memory is correct.

Not a testimonial, but we were invited to play Southampton at the last game at the Dell in 2001

Was that because we are a star team? Or because of our supporters' proven track record in providing a stadium demolition service after the last game at a much-loved stadium?

One of the younger members of the Bracknell posse takes huge pride in the fact that he ate the VERY LAST PIE ever sold at the Dell.

Lol. It's quite cool though that we were both the first and last team to play at The Dell - and it was a decent day out too, with the Div 3 trophy being paraded around before kick-off.

Uwe Rosler.... whatever happened to him?
