Resident Vegas posters on here is the only way to get the best recommendation as they should know who is the best.
Tourists would have only eaten in a few of hundreds.
Not been for some years so I cant help.

Yup, that's why we are only going for a few days. We are flying out of Vegas, so figured we should at least stay a night or 2 to see what it's all about.
