Laptop help please!!

so basically my laptop wont play any sound, i have checked and made sure it is not muted and the volume is up but that does not seem to be the problem.

if anyone has any ideas what it could be and how to fix it please reply.

Driver issues possibly., what type of laptop do you have (Like model number adn everything, not just "Samsung").

You might have you Wave chanel turned down (I don't know how detailed you got in to sorting out the volume - sorry if you've done this). Assuming your using windows XP, go and right click on the volume control in the bottom right hand corner, click open volume controls and check yoru "Wave" slider isn't muted.

I would guess it's something to do with the drivers. Need to go on the manufacturers website to make sure they're all valid

Problem solved thanks all. no idea why it was doing it but turing it off and on again did the trick.
