I heard a rumour of a bust up too. With Bruno, Calderon stepping in between them, and Kusczack escorted off the premises.

If true maybe Kusczack has played his last game for us.

Would BY FAR rather have Kusczack and Calde in the side than Ankergren and Bruno.

I hope PIG has just got a bug and nothing more because we're ****ed if we have to start Ankergren or Brezovan here on in.

Both are perfectly able keepers who have served us well in the past and I don't see why they cant for the rest of the season if needed, Yes they can have bloopers but so can all keepers. If we need them get behind them and support them as we should with all our players for the final push.

I've heard a rumour about TK and Bruno too, so that suggests it's probably true.

Oh, wait. I heard it on here.

Oh I agree and he was class in the Lg 1 season - I've not forgotten. I just feel there's always a gaff in them both and as u say Kusch is clearly better all round. What I'm saying is I don't wanna lose one of our key players over an off field argument if there's any truth in this - at such an important stage. I agree they're not bad back up keepers too...

That wasn't directed specifically at you only - Kush has made blunders too though. I think Brez is all about confidence and Ankergren is a solid keeper but like you say they both do have the ability to make mistakes which is for me one of the reasons they aren't first team players. Ankergren is getting on and Brez has good shot stopping and decent distribution but both keepers aerial ability on the cross is poor. It looks like Ankergren has learned from Kush though. I'd stick with Ankergren if Kush is out from now on in. Hopefully we'll see the starting GK back on Friday.

Yes but it seems 5 or 6 have come on here and said it having been at the game. Seems weird, but hope it's not true

Fair enough, but it doesn't take much for a few individual conversations at the match to turn into a massive case of Chinese whispers.

Most of us would have heard the news and wondered what the score was, because it was a surprise. Thousands of people are likely to have had a discussion about it, many of whom may have pondered whether there was something odd going on. Easy for that to turn into "I heard that...".

That's all I'm saying.

But put 30,000 people together for 2 hrs talking bollocks and I should think the likelihood of 5 or 6 talking the same bollocks is fairly high

*edit* But i've put it more succinctly Edna

Heard a completely unsubstantiated rumour of a bust-up and he left the ground sometime before kickoff. Probably rubbish.....

i dont understand, why would you pass on an unsubstantiated rumour that you dont believe? why do people do this, post a rumour but deny in the same post?

I find it hard to believe Kusz is as unprofessional as some suggest. If he really DID throw a strop and refuse to play hours before such a hugely important game, he can **** off right now. Fortunately for me I don't believe it though.

That. the "rumour" doesn't really sit with the style of what we know of the man.

buts here's a specualtive story to fit all bases: PiG comes in with a bug and when decided he wont play some sarcy comment is made about it by someone who he has strained relations, followed by a frank exchange of words.

Enjoyed him taking on the Charlton bloke. He's very solid 95% of the time and consistently puts in 8/10 performances. People focus on the awful error at Forest last year, but forget that he was very good for the rest of the game. Long as there's no blunders of that nature then I trust him completely.

I'll NEVER forgive him for that. I had £10 on Ulloa FGS, brighton to win 2-1. 97/1 :nono::nono:

I heard someone in the North Stand say Lopez was on £30k a week. I laughed out loud when I heard it.

Happy to not bother next time if you're not interested in gossip, although in that case I'd suggest not going onto a chat forum (any chat forum) where 75% of the content is bollocks anyway. We all know that.

:FFSPuncheon that's grim. Though he seems the sort of bloke that if you'd have told him that personally he'd have given you a couple of hundred to say sorry.

not really the point i was making - you've posted a rumour so why not stand by it, rather than trying to distance yourself from it in the same post?

People sitting behind me in Lower West said that he had a bust up when the team was announced about Bruno replacing Calderon and refused to play saying we were a joke and he was leaving at the dnd of the season and was last seen speeding out of the ground before kick off. Apparently the press were given the line that he was sick. Not sure if this is true or just a false rumour only reporting what was being said by many.

How the hell would they know that much detail about what was said in the dressing room? (Genuine question by the way, not a pop!)

And if we make the play offs and have potentially 3 huge games against quality opposition you don't mind if we have Brez or Ank in goal instead if Kusch?!

Probably couldn't be worse than having a manager who was disinterested and who couldn't get off his ar-- in a second leg play off semi final. I am absolutely certain that either CA or PB would show a lot more commitment / try harder !

Either way I would be sad if, for whatever reason, TK was not the man between the sticks at least for the remainder of this season.
